Melissa Duddy is a paralegal in the real estate department at Fladgate.

She specialises in both commercial and residential property disputes, assisting with the drafting and service of various property related notices including break notices, notices under section 5 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and notices in connection with the Electronic Communications Code. Melissa also helps clients with the recovery of rent and service charge arrears, service of dilapidations schedules, lease renewal proceedings and possession proceedings.

Melissa acts for both landlords and tenants of residential and commercial premises.

Melissa graduated from the University of Surrey in 2016 with 2:1 in LLB Law (Hons) and joined Fladgate in 2017. She is currently studying for a master’s degree in International Legal Practice, specialising in Conflict Resolution.
