Nick acts for institutional investors, private property companies, property funds, offshore private trusts, banks, retailers and other occupiers.
An example of the transactions on which Nick has advised is acting for Aldgate Developments on its acquisition, construction, financing, letting and sale of Aldgate Tower. Aldgate Tower is a 317,000 sq ft office building occupied by AECOM, WeWork, Uber, Williams Lea and Ince & Co. It was sold in 2016 for £346m to China Life and Brookfield.

Nick qualified in 2008 at Slaughter and May and has also worked at Shearman & Sterling LLP. He joined Fladgate in 2012 and was promoted to partner in April 2014.
