Taj Rehal is a partner and head of the employment team at Fladgate.
He specialises in all aspects of employment law whether contentious, corporate or property transaction-related or HR advisory. He advises on strategic/board-level/HR employment issues including board-level reorganisations, out/in-sourcing, corporate acquisitions and disposals, general restructuring programmes and redundancies, employee grievances and dismissals and exit negotiations. He also deals with all types of employment litigation from discrimination, whistle-blowing, protection of confidential information and post-termination restrictions and team moves to directors’ and shareholders’ disputes in the High Court.
Taj acts for a wide range of clients including multinational PLCs, UK and non-UK listed and non-listed companies, LLPs, partnerships, start-up organisations and board-level and senior executives/professionals across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, particularly in financial services, professional services, media and technology.
Taj is ranked as a leading lawyer by the independent guides to the legal profession. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
He qualified in 1997 and joined Fladgate as a partner in September 2015.
