About

I joined Fladgate’s Property Litigation department as an Associate in October 2022. Having cross-qualified as a Solicitor from a Legal Executive, I have extensive experience in property litigation dating back to 2014.

I specialise in a range of Property Litigation matters from business lease renewals pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (both opposed and unopposed), to debt recovery and general property disputes including dilapidations, forfeiture and waiver and advice on CVAs and tenant insolvency.

I have experience of both County Court and Tribunal proceedings from matter inception all the way to trial. In addition, have participated in numerous mediations to settle claims without the need for Court proceedings.

My previous clients have included institutional landlords and tenants, fund managers and public sector bodies. I have also worked closely with telecommunication operators in respect of the Electronic Communications Code.

I aim to provide advice in a succinct, clear way with an emphasis on the commerciality of options available.

Outside of work I love traveling the world and exploring unusual destinations. I am an avid reader and love the works of Dickens, Collins and Tolstoy. When I’m not reading or traveling, I can be found either at the theatre or cheering on West Ham.
