About
I work on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, planning, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management.
I first joined Fladgate as a trainee before qualifying into the Commercial Real Estate team. I have a wide range of experience and advise on various commercial real estate matters. I act on the negotiations of commercial lettings on behalf of both landlords and tenants, and also handle general asset management as well as planning and environmental work. I enjoy working closely with colleagues and clients to achieve a mutually beneficial end result.
Prior to living in the UK and qualifying into commercial real estate, I worked in advertising in Canada focussing on account strategy and client management.
Outside of work, you can normally find me scouting out the next great restaurant or coffee shop.
Experience
- Acting for the landlord in ongoing portfolio disposals and management work including lease renewals and lettings in the retail sector.
- Acting for a developer on various planning applications and associated agreements for the development of houses near Ashford.
- Acting for a high profile private individual on a High Court appeal to block development on a green belt.
- Assisting with due diligence in respect of the acquisition and development of various plots of land in London.
- Acting for a high-end coffee brand on its expansion throughout London and regionally.
