Our Service
I am Head of Strategy at Walgate Litigation Management, a division of Fladgate LLP.
I support global investors and consumers affected by corporate misconduct – including securities fraud, market manipulation, and breaches of regulatory requirements – on strategies for collective redress designed to achieve accountability and generate recoveries.
For more than 30 years, I have specialised in class and group actions across multiple jurisdictions, including roles within claimant law firms in both the US and London, litigation funder Omni Bridgeway, as Global Head of Class Action Services for an international class action fintech service provider, and as the founder of my own consultancy business.
I have been involved in the development and launch of numerous securities litigations on behalf of institutional investors in jurisdictions across the world including the UK, the Netherlands, Australia, Germany, Denmark, Canada, Israel, Japan, Italy, and the US contributing to matters that have resulted in billions in recoveries.
I am a frequent speaker on the topic of shareholder legal redress, investor recovery, rights and responsibilities, stewardship, and corporate accountability. I am a member of various associations such as the Collective Redress Lawyers Association (CORLA) and the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN). I also serve on the Advisory Board for Perfect Law’s Global Class Action and Mass Torts Conference and have previously served on the ICGN’s former Global Stewardship Committee and its former Shareholder Responsibilities Committee, the Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute’s Event Advisory Board, and the Council of Institutional Investors’ Markets Advisory Council.
At Walgate Litigation Management, a division of Fladgate LLP, I support the development and pursuit of securities group actions, working closely with institutional investors, litigation funders, claims management companies, and other market participants. My role also includes assisting with early-stage case assessment, litigation strategy, and funding review processes.

Experience
I count Noah as a trusted expert in the international shareholder litigation field. He can be relied upon to have excellent knowledge of a broad range of cases, and sound judgement which is invaluable in a complex and ever-changing area.
I have known Noah since I first entered the Litigation Funding industry in 2018 and we have collaborated across several landmark securities group actions in the UK and Europe including Tesco and Steinhoff. He is highly respected within the securities class actions space, due to his wide network of leading institutional investors, premier class action law firms and service providers, and the trust they place in him to advise and assist in relevant actions. His experience and knowledge base are preeminent, particularly in the areas of bookbuild/governance and how to structure and fund actions successfully and collegiately. To boot he is an absolute pleasure to work with.
