I am Director of Walgate Litigation Management.
I am a former partner in Fladgate’s dispute resolution department where my practice was highly claimant focused, generally bringing claims against large institutions. I acted for 33,000 claimants in the RBS Rights Issue claim and was instructed on a number of other group actions, notably against various local authorities in relation to overcharging for residential water supplies and in relation to the Mercedes “Dieselgate” proceedings.
I retired from the partnership at the end of 2020 to study for my MBA in the United States. Since returning to the UK, I have worked extensively with John Evans in developing the firm’s group action offering.
