I am a dispute resolution lawyer who uses a commercial approach when developing and implementing strategies to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients. Admitted as a Rechtsanwalt in Germany, I use my expertise to bridge the gap between the workings of the English legal system and my clients’ commercial objectives.
I specialise in commercial disputes with a particular expertise in cross-border matters including disputes over jurisdiction and applicable law, the enforcement of foreign judgments and contentious insolvency matters involving international elements. I have many years of experience advising on contractual disputes and corporate related issues including shareholder disputes.
I represent companies and individuals from all commercial sectors, from manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and retail businesses to banks and other financial institutions. My international practice has a focus on advising German, Swiss and Austrian clients.
When I am not at work, I enjoy playing the piano, classical music, the outdoors and travelling.
