With corporates increasingly under the regulatory microscope, our team promotes strategies that help financial institutions to avoid running into problems before they arise and solve them when they do.
We major in investigations, take on advisory work, as well as lead on matters relating to technology and digital assets, payment services, and consumer credit. We have expertise in relation to Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority enforcement matters and regulatory processes. Our lawyers also work on matters relating to civil fraud and asset tracing.
We work with all types of Financial Services-regulated institutions, and count amongst our clients: banks, funds, fund managers, building societies, investment advisors and managers, e-money issuers, payment service providers, broker dealers, and consumer credit firms. We also conduct Financial Reporting Council work with audit and consultancy firms in the context of our FRC practice.
Our work is often international in scope, spanning many jurisdictions, and involving multiple investigators and regulators globally.
