Romily Parker

I provide assistance to the Funds, Finance and Regulatory partners and other fee earners across a wide range of matters including real estate finance, financing structures and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Fladgate, I worked as a paralegal at a Magic Circle law firm for more than 5 years working primarily on Financial Regulation matters acting for clients including banks, investment managers and FTSE 100 companies. I have gained invaluable experience working on matters concerning reputation-threatening regulatory issues, enforcement action, risk advisory and regulatory transactions.

Outside of work, I have a keen interest in cooking and food styling. When not in the kitchen, I can usually be found in the gym where I enjoy weightlifting or outside hiking in the countryside.
