I am a finance lawyer in the Finance, Funds and Regulatory group at Fladgate, with a particular focus on real estate finance.

I have advised institutional lenders, investors and private equity funds on a range of financings, including cross-border distressed debt and property portfolio acquisitions, and investment and development financings. I have advised on transactions in a number of sectors including leisure, high-end residential, student accommodation and retail.
