I have over 25 years’ corporate law experience, advising shareholders and corporates on M&A transactions, restructurings and general corporate law issues, with several recent transactions being in the professional services space. I also have extensive experience of insolvency (including restructuring and distressed M&A transactions), banking and ECM transactions, alongside my core speciality.,
