I am an associate in the corporate team working broadly across private and public M&A, venture capital and equity capital markets transactions.

I joined Fladgate’s corporate team in February 2025.

My experience to date has included a broad range of corporate matters, including advising on both public and private M&A, venture capital, fundraisings and capital markets transactions.

I enjoy working with entrepreneurial and impact-driven organisations. My aim is to always to keep the big picture and strategic aim front of mind, whilst helping clients to cut through the finer details, both technical and process related.

I have experience across multiple sectors including energy and the environment, life sciences, and technology. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, I was in the not-for-profit sector, including a period in the innovation division at one of the UK’s largest global foundations, focused on life sciences.

Outside of the office, I’m happiest adventuring in the great outdoors or being creative in the kitchen.

Experience

Advising a sustainable energy company on its acquisitions of multiple environmental, engineering, technical and advisory-based businesses.

Advising an AIM-traded health tech company on its publication of a scheme document concerning a recommended all-cash offer of its issued share capital to be acquired in accordance with the Takeover Code.

Acted for the founders and management team of a volumetric content company on a substantial private equity investment.

Acted for various SMES primarily in the healthcare and technology sectors on their seed private-fundraising rounds and beyond.

Acted for the founders of an automotive company on the sale of the business to a US private equity sponsor.
