I am an associate in the corporate department at Fladgate. I joined Fladgate in 2015 as a paralegal, qualifying as a solicitor in 2019.

I have acted for entrepreneurs and private companies operating in a variety of sectors including hospitality, technology, entertainment, gaming and real estate. I enjoy working with our clients to find practical solutions to complicated problems.


Our team provide real estate sector focused support bringing together corporate, tax and restructuring lawyers to deliver practical, commercially focused and often tax-driven solutions to a wide range of clients.


Advising on venture capital and growth capital investments, the team offers extensive experience of market practice enabling the delivery of VC fundraisings in a timely and efficient manner. Clients trust the team to work on unusual and complex matters and guide them through difficult investments which are frequently first-of-a-kind.


Our e-business and e-commerce team is able to advise on all issues arising from the frequently changing online marketplace in a way which will help clients across a range of sectors launch, maintain and grow their brand while maximising business opportunities.


The betting and gaming sector has rapidly expanded and evolved in recent years as ‘re-regulation’, new technologies, and changing behaviour have fostered innovation and adaptation on all fronts. We’re experienced in advising clients on this rapidly evolving regulatory environment.


Our sector experience spans a wide range of sports including motor racing, where we have advised teams and drivers in Formula 1, A1 GP, World Rally, Cart, Indy Car and Moto GP, and cricket, football, golf and cycling. We have supported clients on a range of a matters including: intellectual property, sponsorship, broadcasting & web rights, fundraising, events, and regulatory issues.

  • Advising gaming innovator Playzido on its multi-investor fundraising round.
  • Advising Zouk Capital, the manager of the UK Treasury’s Charging Infrastructure Fund on its joint venture with Liberty Global to roll out on-street residential electric vehicle charging points in the UK.
  • Advising an advertising and branding group of companies on its group re-organisation by way of a demerger.
  • Advising the shareholders of CareWorks, a Dublin based provider of health and social care case management software, on their sale to UK software firm Advanced.
