Our Services

We have a long history of advising Canadian companies, and their financial advisers, on raising equity or debt finance in the UK capital markets, including listing on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market or the AIM Market or through a dual quotation with the TSX or TSX-V.

We also advise Canadian companies on public and private M&A in relation to UK-listed or incorporated companies or UK assets. We have extensive experience of managing transactions for UK-listed companies or London-based financial advisers in relation to fundraisings in Canada and public and private M&A transactions with Canadian counterparties.

We have excellent relationships with the Canadian banks, brokers and financial advisers based in London and with financial, legal and other professional advisers across Canada.

Much of the work undertaken by our Canada team is in the natural resources sector.
