I am a corporate lawyer specialising in private M&A.
I have experience advising on a broad range of M&A and corporate transactions, including private equity, venture capital and corporate real estate, as well as advising on general company law. I act for clients across a range of different industry sectors both domestically and overseas.
I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing a transaction through from inception to completion. I take a flexible and responsive approach to helping clients resolve their complex legal issues while also keeping their commercial goals at the forefront. I am dedicated to developing strong relationships with my clients that are built on trust, expertise and success.
Outside of work, I am a governor at St James’ Catholic High School and a member of a philosophy club. In my spare time I enjoy eating out (particularly trying new cuisines), travelling, karaoke and spending time with family and friends.

Acting for the sellers on the sale of a leading global provider of communications solutions.
Acting for the sellers on the sale of the entire issued share capital of a software-as-a-service company to a financial technology company that builds payments infrastructure for crypto currency.
Acting for a private equity firm on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of (i) a UK laboratory refrigeration specialist and (ii) a biorepository business.
