I have extensive experience in providing strategic counsel to investors and companies within the venture and growth capital sectors. I have a passion for helping entrepreneurs and investors build iconic global businesses and my expertise spans the entire investment lifecycle from early/seed stage investments through Series A–G to ultimate exit.

I have had a varied career in private practice and in-house, most recently working for Accel on all aspects of its UK, US and European financings and portfolio company management. I have firsthand, inside knowledge of what investors, founders, companies and angels actually need across the whole investment lifecycle.

My job is to help clients navigate all aspects of their transactional and day-to-day corporate needs, delivering successful and smooth financings and proactively anticipating potential problems before they arise. I take pride in delivering dynamic and agile advice alongside a pragmatic and considered approach to deliver commercial solutions.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me catering to my dog’s every whim, honing my yoga practice, mixing a mean margarita for friends, and travelling as much as possible.
