I am an associate in the corporate department focusing on private M&A, venture capital, private equity and providing general corporate advice.

I qualified in September 2021 and joined Fladgate in November 2025.

I have experience across many corporate matters including advising on mergers and acquisitions, investments into a broad range of businesses and general corporate advice.

I enjoy building strong relationships with clients so that I can attain a deeper understanding of their business and provide effective solutions to any problems that may arise.

Outside of work, you'll find me at a Pilates class, watching Spurs or hanging out with my son.

Experience:

Advising RSK Group Limited on the acquisition of multiple environmental, engineering, technical and advisory-based businesses and its internal governance.
Advising various SMEs across different sectors on their private-fundraising rounds and beyond.
Advised the shareholders of a telecommunications company on a management buyout.
Advised a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, traded on AIM on an oversubscribed fundraising through a placing and subscription.
