Naiema Begum

I joined Fladgate in 2023 and qualified into the Employment team in 2025.

I have experience advising a wide range of employers across the hospitality, retail and technology sectors on both advisory and contentious employment matters. I also regularly advise on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new cuisines, travelling, and staying active through Pilates and calisthenics.
