I joined Fladgate in 2015 and have enjoyed providing commercial, solution driven employment advice to a range of clients since then. I work with in house Counsel and HR teams in larger organisations, as well as founders and partners in entrepreneurial start-ups. Working in Employment law, you can never predict what issue may crop up and that’s part of the attraction of working in this dynamic area – my approach is pragmatic and sympathetic. I tend to collaborate regularly with other departments, to ensure our clients’ interests are protected, especially on IP and data protection issues.

Away from work I like to take full advantage of London’s comedy, theatre and food, balancing that with regular escapes for long walks in the country.
