About

I’m an employment lawyer advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including reorganisations, TUPE claims, workplace investigations, restrictive covenants, director and senior-exec exits, and employment tribunal claims.

I specialise in UK employment law and support clients with day-to-day HR advisory work, delivering clear, commercial advice that aligns with business priorities and gets decisions made. I have experience in all areas of employment law, including senior-level exits, restructurings and TUPE transfers, investigations, and disputes. I regularly act for founders, scale-ups and established corporates, often in financial services, technology and healthcare, helping them navigate fast-moving, people-critical issues with clarity and pace.

My focus is practical outcomes. I translate legal risk into clear options, timelines and next steps; so boards, HR and in-house counsel can move quickly and confidently. I regularly advise on director service agreements, bonus and incentive arrangements, and enforceability of post-termination restrictions. On the contentious side, I help clients manage complex grievances, discrimination and whistleblowing issues, and defend Employment Tribunal claims.

I enjoy working as part of a wider deal team on corporate transactions, providing employment due-diligence and integration support to keep deals moving. I’ve also run training for HR and management on disciplinary processes, DSARs and settlement agreements.

Outside of work, I’m a keen (and ever-optimistic) golfer - forever convinced that the next round will be the one where I finally master my short game.
