I specialise in employment law, with experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious issues for clients, including various advisory matters, and providing specialist support on corporate transactions. I also act for clients during tribunal proceedings.

My role involves advising HR teams and in house counsel, as well as founders of entrepreneurial startups. I enjoy applying the ever-changing landscape of employment law to various employment related issues, to devise sensible commercial solutions for our clients.

I have a keen interest in equality and social justice, and I am a member of Fladgate’s CSR and Inclusion and Diversity committees, as well as the ‘Without Prejudice’ networking group.
