I am a corporate associate specialising in private mergers and acquisitions. I also act on private equity transactions, venture capital investments and group reorganisations, as well as providing general corporate advice to shareholders and directors.

I have been instructed by clients operating across a wide range of sectors, including IT, insurance, sport, property management, life sciences and agri-tech. The transactional matters which I am involved in typically comprise a cross-border element.

When working with clients, my aim is to develop a clear picture of their core objectives, to position myself as an extension of their team, and to secure the best possible results based on a pragmatic and commercial approach.

Outside of work, I can usually be found running around the Chilterns or, failing that, after my two young children.

Before training as a lawyer, I was the managing director of a London-based human rights organisation.

Assisting with the FCA regulated sale of a UK-wide group of companies specialising in healthcare insurance to a market leading national competitor.
Assisting a UK-based IT services and consultancy company with a cross-border acquisition targeting various artificial intelligence divisions of a US-based tech company (including divisions in Europe and South Asia).
Advising a UK-based company specialising in critical infrastructure protection systems on several rounds of private equity investment by a US-based consortium of investors.
Assisting with the acquisition of an automated logistics company by an agri-tech company specialising in “vertical farming”.
Assisting with the sale of a regional property management company to the Ireland-based holding company of a market leading competitor.
