I am an intellectual property, data and contract lawyer with a focus on protecting and exploiting rights in brands, technology and creative works.

I work across a range of IP and data-rich industries including technology, publishing, art, real estate, manufacturing, finance, advertising, fashion and beauty.

My work encompasses both contentious and non-contentious issues, and I hugely value the insight that this rounded practice brings to the advice I give to clients. I regularly act in proceedings before intellectual property offices, tribunals and courts in the UK. Working with local lawyers, I also oversee cases in territories such as the EU, US, Canada, the Middle East and Australia.

Legal and commercial issues can be complex and uncertain. I always want to simplify those complexities and, using my understanding of my client’s businesses, personalities and motivations, present solutions that guide their decision-making.

When I’m not working, I am largely operating as a climbing frame for my young children, or exploring music, food and wines.
