Daniel King

I specialise in commercial contracts, intellectual property, technology and data protection.

I joined Fladgate in September 2020 and qualified as a solicitor in the commercial, sports and intellectual property team in 2022.

I have gained experience acting for clients in numerous industries including media, betting & gaming, technology, energy & renewables, and life sciences & healthcare, with a particular interest in assisting clients in the sports sector.

I have advised clients on a broad range of matters including data protection compliance, trade mark protection, the supply of goods and services, property management agreements, NDAs and general commercial contracts.

Outside of work, I am a dedicated but long-suffering Stoke City supporter. My enjoyment of football is not limited to spectating and I am often found playing football in southern and central London on Sunday afternoons.
