I advise a wide range of clients from high net worth individuals and family offices, through to financial institutions and international corporates.
Regardless of the type of client, or the sector in which they operate, litigation can be a daunting and often distracting undertaking. My approach, therefore, to any type of dispute is to minimise those distractions and to act effectively and expeditiously to protect my clients’ interests.
My practice includes most commercial litigation work, often with an international element, including breach of contract, misrepresentation and warranty claims, and civil fraud and asset tracing. I have a particular interest and focus on financial services disputes, and the ever-growing sector of AI, data protection and cyber risk.
Part of my practice also involves group litigation and litigation funding, typically acting for corporates and investors affected by corporate misconduct.
Outside of the office, I am a keen gym-goer, triathlete, and proud father of two boys who typically run rings around me. I also sit as a committee member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association, an organisation which represents the interests of over 3,000 litigators practising in London.
