Kim Perry

I joined Fladgate’s Commercial, Sports and IP team in March 2023. I am a commercially focussed lawyer, having worked in-house and in private practice, and am experienced in managing multiple stakeholders within businesses.

I regularly support clients with complex, high-value contracts in both the public and private sector. I have broad commercial contracts experience including outsourcing, distribution, agency, franchising, warehousing and logistics and high value supply, services and purchasing arrangements.

I advise across a range of industries with a particular focus in sports, media and entertainment. I advise sport sector clients on commercial issues facing their business including funding structures, sponsorship and merchandising, competitions and the effective management and exploitation of commercial rights.

My goal is to help clients find commercial solutions whilst effectively managing risk, and I pride myself on providing clear and pragmatic advice.

In my spare time I am a keen netball player and avid sports fan (in particular, rugby). My free time is dominated by my two young sons and our most recent family purchase of a VW camper van!
