Carl Arreghini

Senior Associate

I specialise in commercial disputes including those concerning breach of contract, companies and partnerships, insolvency litigation, civil fraud and contentious trusts.

I am an associate solicitor in Fladgate’s Dispute Resolution department.

My specialisms include commercial litigation, international arbitration and mediation, with a focus on contractual disputes, company and partnership disputes, claims relating to directors’ breach of duty, insolvency litigation and civil fraud.

I regularly represent both corporate and high net worth individual clients in various sectors, and many of the disputes I act in also have an international element, all of which adds an interesting amount of variety to my work. I have represented clients in all divisions of the High Court and have extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution.

I approach litigation with an adaptable mind-set and tailor my involvement to suit a client’s needs. I think it is important to keep things as simple as possible and to focus on solutions.

Outside of work, I support Manchester United and enjoy various sport and exercise. I particularly enjoy running and bouldering. My other interests (aside from Netflix) include travel and playing the guitar (poorly).
