Our Service

I specialise in commercial disputes including those concerning breach of contract, companies and partnerships and civil fraud.

I have experience in a wide range of general commercial litigation matters involving both the High Court and the Court of Appeal. I also specialise in alternative dispute resolution such as arbitrations and mediations. I have advised a variety of clients including banks, entrepreneurs and corporates operating in a range of sectors such as technology, sport and energy.

Outside of work, I row competitively. When I am not rowing, I am a keen cyclist and enjoy traveling to Europe for cycling holidays.

Experience

Acting for a non-Executive Director in request of a £37.6 million claim for breach of director’s duties (statutory and fiduciary) brought by Joint Liquidators.
Representing a Bahamian bank on a jurisdictional challenge in the English courts.
Acting on behalf of a subsidiary of a UK Listed energy company in relation to two complex and interlinked international arbitrations relating to an oil and gas concession.
Acting for the provisional director of a Californian technology company in a High Court claim relating to the disputed ownership of valuable shares in an English IT company.
