Our Service

I specialise in a wide range of commercial disputes, with experience in complex, cross-jurisdictional and high-value claims.

I enjoy helping our clients find solutions and helping them achieve the results they want. I have experience working in a variety of commercial disputes including in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the County Courts. I have acted in a range of disputes, including breach of contract, director and shareholder disputes, insolvency and civil fraud.

In February 2024, I was appointed Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigators' Forum Associates Committee.

I have a keen interest in technology and am alert to the changes that artificial intelligence and machine learning bring to multiple different sectors.

Outside of work I enjoy video gaming, hiking, reading and knitting.

Experience

Representing a client in a complex and multi-faceted director and shareholder dispute.
Acting for a defendant in a high value, international fraud claim.
Assisting a client in regaining possession of their high-value property and in recovering their loss of profits.
