My practice covers all aspects of divorce, financial remedies and the law relating to children, including international relocations. I also have experience of running complex litigation in The Business and Property Courts involving conduct, dishonesty and fraud between a husband and wife. I have over 25 years of experience as a family lawyer and am ranked as a Hall of Fame family lawyer by the Legal 500, who described me as, “a person that you want leading your team”.

I was Head of Department at a Tier 1 ranked family firm from 2019 to 2024, before leaving that firm to lead and build the Fladgate Family Team. I am renowned for delivering the highest level of service, with astute financial acumen and exceptional levels of support. I am joining together with my Associate Shivani Kerai.

I represent entrepreneurs, professionals and homemakers alike and relish the intellectual challenges that come with having a wide ranging and diverse practice. I also act for figures in the public eye, including media and film, and am regularly instructed in City-based divorces (hedge funds, leading investment banks and magic circle law firms) whilst also skilled in the fight for wives left at the raw end of decisions taken during the marriage.

My no-nonsense approach, dedication and kindness keeps my clients focused on the fundamentals of a case and ensures an outcome which they thought unattainable at the commencement of proceedings, on both an emotional and financial level. I am adept at resolving matters privately and away from the spotlight of the court and press.
