As a senior associate in the Family Team, I advise clients through the many issues and challenges which can flow from a relationship breakdown. I aim to cut through the complexity of the law and provide clients with a clear and strategic way forward, while ensuring sensitive and empathetic support during what can be a very difficult time.

I advise on a range of matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including divorce; dissolution of civil partnerships; financial remedy proceedings; jurisdictional disputes; private law children matters (including child arrangements and relocation); cohabitation agreements; and wealth protection matters in the form of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

I have represented a variety of clients including those with links to multiple jurisdictions, entrepreneurs, business professionals, and high-profile individuals from the sports and entertainment industries, as well as their partners and spouses. I have been involved in several reported cases in the Royal Courts of Justice.

I am known for being pragmatic and tenacious, always striving to achieve the best outcomes for my clients both in and out of court, whether through arbitration, mediation, negotiated settlement, or other forms of non-court dispute resolution.

I am a member of Resolution and support their constructive approach to family issues, which considers the needs of the whole family.

When I am not working I  volunteer at a pro bono legal advice clinic which provides advice to disadvantaged families. I enjoy cooking, often baking cakes for family occasions (including my own wedding cake) and having participated in a patisserie course in Paris. I am also a qualified Rescue Diver.
