About

I advise clients on a broad range of private family law matters, including: the financial implications of all types of relationship breakdowns; pre- and post-nuptial and civil partnership agreements; and matters relating to arrangements for children (including residence and contact disputes, leave to remove cases, and financial claims on behalf of unmarried parents).

My work is generally focussed on financial disputes upon divorce/civil partnership dissolution, which often involve complex corporate structures, trust interests and/or overseas assets. I have worked on highly contested cases in the High Court and Central Family Court, nevertheless I am committed to first trying to reach amicable settlements through negotiation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.

I am dedicated to improving inclusion and diversity in the legal profession and mentor university students who are embarking on a career in law.

I am also a member of Resolution and LeGal BesT.
