I advise ultra-high net worth individuals in relation to complex financial remedy proceedings arising from divorce and separation, as well as disputes concerning arrangements for children.
I have experience in cases involving business valuations, post-separation accrual arguments and non-matrimonial property. I regularly advise on matters with an international dimension, including jurisdictional disputes and the enforcement of overseas orders. My clients have included business owners, entrepreneurs, senior executives, city professionals, private equity and fund managers and international families with assets held across multiple jurisdictions. I work collaboratively with forensic accountants, tax advisers and other experts to achieve the best outcomes for my clients.
Outside of law, I enjoy reading, creative writing, surfing and learning to ice skate. I am a soprano in Côr Llundain, a Welsh language choir based in London, an advanced open water scuba diver, and a fluent Welsh-speaker.
