I am a dispute resolution expert specialising in complex, high-value commercial disputes both in UK and internationally.

I represent clients in complex commercial disputes, including domestic and international litigation and arbitration.

My practice covers a broad range of commercial disputes including breaches of contract, fraud and company/shareholder issues.

I regularly advise clients on business-critical issues across a wide range of industry sectors such as banking, finance, financial services, restructuring and insolvency, security enforcement, white-collar, M&A, private equity and oil and gas. My aim is always to deliver pragmatic and commercially-driven advice that has the client’s objectives at its core.

Outside of work I am typically found chasing my toddler and spaniel around the Surrey hills.

Experience

Acting for a creditor in the first ever Court-approved unsecured credit bid in respect of $300m of Russian securities (Re Sova Capital Ltd [2023] EWHC 452 (CH)).
Acting for a director in fraud and conspiracy claims arising from the sale of a collateralised loan portfolio worth over £100m.
Acting for a global healthcare company in multimillion pound proceedings for breach of warranty arising from the acquisition of a medical research business.
Acting for the Founder and CEO of a technology company in unfair prejudice proceedings worth £30m.
Acting on a $6.5 billion arbitration dispute between 1MDB and IPIC.
