I have experience advising clients in relation to a broad range of commercial matters and disputes, including fraud, professional negligence, joint ventures, insolvency, franchises, and general breaches of contract.

This advice allows clients to litigate with confidence, but also to consider commercially sensible alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and settlement offers.

Besides law, I am a keen photographer and cyclist and spend the rest of my free time with my nephew.

Experience

Assisting the Pensee Foundation as a defendant in the $1billion fraud claim brought by the Kuwaiti Public Institution For Social Security, listed in The Lawyer’s Top 20 cases for 2025.
Advising the claimant in relation to a $5m professional negligence claim against an insurance broker leading to a significant settlement.
Obtaining a favourable settlement for a client in relation to a Part 20 claim brought by a public health trust relating to technical engineering matters.
Advising the defendant in relation to a widely publicised summary judgment application regarding a legally technical breach of a franchise agreement.
