Our Service

I provide know-how, research and training support to the dispute resolution department.

I have wide experience of pursing and defending matters through various courts, including the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, Privy Council as well as the Tax Tribunal and Upper Tier Tribunal. Such experience has included obtaining and responding to freezing orders, summary judgment and strike out applications as well as enforcement proceedings (domestic and foreign judgments), including arrest of vessels, winding up and bankruptcy petitions.

I provide support to the dispute resolution team in areas of know-how, research and training.

Away from work, I enjoy cycling, swimming and watching tennis.
