Our Service

I specialise in commercial disputes covering all aspects of commercial litigation, with a particular focus on director/shareholder disputes, civil fraud and insolvency matters.

I joined Fladgate as a trainee and completed seats in each of the firm’s main practice areas before qualifying into the Dispute Resolution team in September 2022.

Between 2020 and 2023, I acted for around 150 claimants in a complex group action in the High Court against multiple defendants.

I have also obtained and assisted with the execution of an order for injunctive relief; defended a claim by a pharmaceutical company for equitable compensation for a director’s misappropriation of company funds; and acted for the defendants to a deceit and conspiracy claim for US$661 million in relation to the sale of a global sports media agency.

Outside of work, I am a keen runner, competing over distances from 800m to half marathon as well as cross-country. I have a rapidly growing collection of cookbooks and I am learning Spanish.

Experience

Acting for the defendants to a deceit and conspiracy claim for US$661 million in relation to the sale of a global sports media agency.

Defended a claim by a pharmaceutical company for equitable compensation for a director’s misappropriation of company funds.

Obtained an order for injunctive relief (delivery up, evidence preservation and computer imaging) made because of the defendant's misuse of our client's confidential information.
