Rashael Kelly-Jarvis

I joined Fladgate as an Associate in the Commercial, Sports and Intellectual Property team in July 2025.

I have experience working with both UK and internationally based clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including advising on private M&A, commercial contracts, outsourcing and artificial intelligence.

My experience includes advising clients in a broad range of sectors including financial institutions, luxury fashion, entertainment and technology.

I also spent six months on secondment at HSBC in the Digital Legal Services team working on a range of matters relating to artificial intelligence, branding, outsourcing and commercial contracts.

I enjoy helping clients navigate complex legal challenges and finding practical, tailored solutions that support their business goals.

Outside of work, I train in karate, love to travel and enjoy expressing creativity through event styling and interior design.
