About

I advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and re-organisations, with a particular focus on advising clients on fundraises.

I joined the Fladgate team as an associate at the beginning of 2022, having qualified as a solicitor in mid-2018.

Having trained in a specialist VC team prior to qualification, I tend to spend most of my working time advising clients on their seed fundraises and Series A – E funding rounds (…although that isn’t to say I shy away from getting stuck in when a large M&A transaction finds my desk!).

I’ve worked with an array of businesses in various sectors and industries and have a genuine interest in seeing people succeed. My overarching objective, therefore, is always to ensure clients’ legal requirements are dealt with efficiently and responsibly, thereby allowing clients to focus their time and energy on what matters most (like the day-to-day running of their businesses).

When I’m not working, you can usually find me on the golf course, cycling or playing a form of racquet sport (all of which I do badly).
