I am an associate in the Corporate team, working across the full alphabet of deals – M&A (both public and private), Equity Capital Markets and Restructuring & Insolvency for good measure.

My practice spans everything from private acquisitions, disposals, investments and restructurings to public takeovers and IPOs. I act for a mix of corporate clients, founders, investors and insolvency practitioners, and regularly work on transactions involving companies admitted to AIM and AQSE. I also support clients navigating distressed situations, whether that’s buying from administrators or helping businesses through restructurings.

I’ve worked across a broad range of industries – software, cosmetics, even microbreweries – so no two days are quite the same.

Outside the office, I follow West Ham’s fortunes (or lack of).

Experience

Acting for Warpaint London PLC, a specialist supplier of colour cosmetics, on its recommended £13.88m offer for AIM listed Brand Architekts Group PLC, a beauty brand specialist.

Acting for Bloom Equity Partners, a US private equity firm, on its recommended offer for AIM listed GRC International Group PLC, an international governance, risk management and compliance company focused on cyber defence.

Advising specialist business advisory firms in its role as joint administrators across a number of sectors.

Acting for Cykel AI PLC and Kondor AI PLC on their IPOs.

Acting for Dolphin Capital in relation to its majority investment into Zip world.
