Our Service

I am an associate in the corporate department focusing on private M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.

I joined Fladgate’s corporate team in October 2022, having qualified in September 2021.

I have experience in a broad range of corporate matters including advising on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings in a variety of sectors. I also advise clients on corporate governance and company matters that arise in everyday business.

During my training contract, I was fortunate to be seconded to a client in the energy sector. This has given me a particular insight into the needs of clients and the ways that private practice lawyers can enhance their offering. I focus on always thinking commercially and having the desired outcomes of the client at the forefront of the work I do.

When I’m not working, I can usually be found on the tennis or netball court, or hiking with my dogs. Like many others, I was forced to learn to cook for myself during lockdown, and it has now become one of my favourite past-times.

Experience

Advising a medical goods company on its ownership and governance structure.
Advising a management software company on its second round of investment.
Advising a cash and carry wholesaler on the purchase of two additional cash and carry sites.
