Our Service

I am an associate in the corporate department focusing on private M&A transactions and corporate advisory.

I joined Fladgate’s corporate team in December 2024, having qualified in March 2023.

I have experience in a broad range of corporate matters including advising on mergers and acquisitions, investments and Employee Ownership Trust disposals.

I particularly enjoy building a strong, collaborative working relationship with management teams, key shareholders and individual entrepreneurs. Guiding them through the complexities of an M&A process to achieve what is often a transformative, milestone event is incredibly energising.

Outside of work, I’m a sports enthusiast who loves anything involving endurance – from being a competitive swimmer when I was younger, to more recently, a marathon runner!
