I am an associate in the corporate department focusing on private M&A transactions, equity investments and general corporate advisory.

I joined Fladgate in December 2024, having qualified in 2023, and advise across the full deal lifecycle - from investments and joint ventures to M&A and Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) transactions.

I particularly enjoy building a strong, collaborative working relationship with management teams, key shareholders and individual entrepreneurs. Guiding them through the complexities of an M&A process to achieve what is often a transformative, milestone event is incredibly energising.

Outside of work, I’m a sports enthusiast who loves anything involving endurance – from being a competitive swimmer when I was younger, to more recently, a long-distance runner.

Advised on a merger to create one of Europe’s leading indoor snowsports platforms. 

Advised on an acquisition and investment into an adventure park.

Advised on a joint venture relating to a sport finance platform. 

Advised on an equity investment in a company owning and operating a MotoGP team. 

Advised on an insurance company’s first institutional fundraising. 

Seconded to an in-house legal team in Gibraltar, providing comprehensive legal support to the sports betting sector.
