About

I am an associate in the corporate team specialising in private M&A, venture capital and private equity, as well as providing general corporate advice to founders, directors and shareholders.

I joined Fladgate in 2019 as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department, and qualified into the Corporate team in March 2025.

Before embarking on a career in law, I worked at a boutique asset management company where I developed knowledge and expertise across financial markets in investment strategy, valuation, financial analysis and due diligence.

I have experience working on numerous M&A and venture capital deals. I particularly enjoy guiding founders through the fundraising process, building an understanding of their business and assisting them in taking the next step to grow their venture, which I find incredibly rewarding.

When I am not working, I like to trade one pressure cooker for another and get creative in the kitchen. In a previous life, I worked as a chef de partie at the sister-restaurant of the renowned Sydney institution, Icebergs. Once you have shucked 120 oysters in 1 hour in a professional kitchen on an Australian summer’s day, you can handle anything.
