Our Service

I am a dual qualified (England & Wales and South Africa) senior associate in the Finance team.

I have advised on a wide range of transactions including corporate lending, real estate, acquisition and leveraged finance, debt restructuring and general finance transactions.

I advise lenders and borrowers on both domestic and cross-border transactions. My experience includes acting on mezzanine and senior debt financing, restructurings, structured trade finance, real estate finance and general financings for financial institutions and corporate institutions.

Prior to joining Fladgate, I worked in Johannesburg, South Africa and London at several law firms acting for borrowers, senior and mezzanine lenders on a variety of transactions. I have assisted in representing a variety of leading African and European financial institutions and corporations on a variety of large-scale and cross-border finance transactions.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and a good reformer Pilates class.
