Experience
Acted for London & Regional Properties (L+R) on a senior sterling syndicated term loan facility secured from a pool of UK and international lenders for the financing of their Atlas Hotel portfolio consisting of 59 Holiday Inn Express and Hilton hotels across England and Scotland.
Acted for a US private credit lender on a €50,000,000 acquisition financing of a Spanish LaLiga football club.
Acted for a Premier League club on a £80,000,000 financing provided by a major US private credit lender.
Part of a team advising on a £50,000,000 refinancing of a high-profile real estate portfolio, including some of London’s most well-known private members’ clubs and luxury restaurants.
Acted for an English football club on a £20,000,000 receivables financing transaction.
Acted for a major US bank on a €16,000,000 receivables financing transaction for one of Croatia’s top football clubs.
