I am a finance lawyer specialising in property finance, private M&A, leverage finance and private equity.

I have a particular focus in acting for family offices, challenger banks and HNWs on a wide range of finance transactions, often with a real estate focus.

Originally from East Africa, I have acted on various transactions emanating from that region.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing squash and tennis, travelling and trying new restaurants.

Experience

Acting for a family office on the financing and development of a residential development in West London.
Acting for a challenger bank on a number of real estate financing projects in the UK (often involving co-lending and loan-on-loan structures).
Acted on various lending property finance transactions for a long-standing family office client including developments, hotels and student accommodation.
Acted for Shanta Gold Limited on various financings in respect of its gold mine operations in East Africa.
