Our Service

My job is to help people raise finance or lend against assets, no matter how unusual the asset class or how challenging the circumstances – I am here to assist you and achieve your aims. My 20 years’ industry experience and proactive, ‘can do’ attitude means that I will always be a valuable member of your advisory team.

I am experienced, hard-working, available, responsive and genuinely lead from the front. My aim from the outset is to understand your needs and pressures and work with you side-by-side to meet those needs and alleviate those pressures – your problem will most definitely become mine until we find a solution.

Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new places. I am a keen hiker and love the English countryside. Cooking for loved ones is a pleasure and I can be found experimenting with new dishes regularly. Above all, I like nothing more than spending time with stimulating company over a bottle of wine – my favourite hobby!!

Experience

Completed a £36m development financing in respect of a prominent building comprising 22 luxury residences in what is said to be one of London’s most recognisable addresses, in the heart of W1.

Acted for a listed, Africa-focused oil and gas development, production and exploration company, whose aim is to build a range of diversified producing and development assets on a US$10m murabaha financing, secured on assets across Africa.

Advised on a £21m refinancing of a student development block during the height of the pandemic. Challenging complications relating to access and the fact that two neighbouring blocks were housing COVID-infected students were overcome.

Advised a Cayman Fund on a £350m enforcement which included obligors and assets across six jurisdictions and three continents.

Completed one of the first financings secured on battery storage sites in the UK.

We work closely with Fladgate's partners - Jenny Sargeant and Seetal Modi. This practice stands out very distinctively in terms of the level of professionalism, work quality and the depth of analysis and review done for the cases we have referred to the practice.
