Having advised Makers Fund with their seed investment into Midnite in 2020, it was great to be asked by Midnite to support them on the latest stage of their growth journey.
Partner Howard Watt and Senior Associate Ellie Green from our Venture Capital team acted for Dribble Media Limited (Trading as Midnite), a UK-based sportsbook and casino platform with their $35 million Series C funding round led by The Raine Group.
With participation from existing investors Play Ventures and Discerning Capital, this funding injection will accelerate growth, enhance technology, expand hiring and move the dial toward becoming a next generation, Tier 1 operator. All engineering teams will remain onshore in the UK to invest in world-class, local talent. Midnite embarked on an explosive stage of growth in 2025, growing its team to 150 employees.
