Nathan Carter-Smith

I am a commercial real estate lawyer, primarily acting for investors, developers and occupiers.

I have been at Fladgate since March 2019, having previously spent 8 years at an international firm.

I represent clients on a broad range of non-contentious commercial property matters. My clients include institutional investors, developers, lenders and occupiers. I also advise Scape, a leading student accommodation developer.

I believe any service provider should be judged on how “user-friendly” they are, which is why a strong client relationship is central to my approach. I aim to be easy to work with, and easy to get along with.

I spend most of my spare time running around after my young children, or my even younger dog. I run or bake sourdough when I can.
